Finish all your projects, close working files and put your papers in order, like you are going to leave an office. Sit down calmly and take your organizer book (or open a planning file on your working device - do what you used to do).
Think in advance. Think carefully and consistently. Sure, on Friday we all need some rest and have almost zero willpower, and by the end of our working day we don't want to brainstorm. This is normal, but try. You will appreciate yourself on Monday.
Write down 5 main goals/tips/plans for your next working week and 2-3 additional ones to every of them. At the end of the week cross everything you've done. This will help you understand how many things you do in your business life.
Choose how to start: find and write down 2-3 steps which will be first on Monday morning. Not important are these goals big or small. Just steps to start your usual working process. This will reduce your stress and make your week more productive.
